Now, Apple is reportedly preparing its next-generation C2 modem for the iPhone 18 Pro series. The C2 chip is expected to address a key limitation of the current C1 modem—the lack of mmWave support. This upgrade could significantly enhance 5G connectivity for premium iPhone models.
